This catalogue includes 36 islands inhabited by the smallest populations on Earth.
Each entry contains the population, size, history, geography plus a distinct feature of each island. In addition I created a laser cutting of the shape of the island and marked its location on the planet.
In this project, I examined how islands are represented in human culture - I integrated images of islands as presented in art, literature, and cinema.
The book included works by a talented New Zealand artist named Deano Shirriffs.
